Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of gastroenterologists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
Educational Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:
- • Distinguish between the causes and symptoms of food allergy and food intolerance
• Detail factors involved with food intolerance and GI symptom induction
• Interpret the science of intolerance to dairy caseins
